IP SPECILIST/JOPAT
The Job-Oriented Patent Analyst (JOPAT) course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in intellectual property (IP) analysis. Under the guidance of Cheshta Sharma, the course covers the theoretical foundations of IP, including patents, trademarks, and designs, as well as the branches of industrial property. It also teaches practical aspects of IP analysis, including patent search, drafting, prosecution, and report preparation. Participants learn advanced techniques for identifying prior art, drafting patent applications, and handling appeals. Cheshta Sharma and other mentors provides individual mentoring and support throughout the course, offering doubt sessions and interview preparation. By completing the JOPAT course, participants will be well-prepared for a successful career in IP analysis.
